Eat Your Fiber
Yep, we all know we’re supposed to eat tons of fiber. You are supposed to eat 25 grams of fiber per day. That’s roughly the equivalent of eating one birch tree. Haha, just kidding. Getting your proper share of fiber helps lower your risk of heart disease, cancer, and type two diabetes.
So how to get your fiber? Take a fiber supplement? Yuck, most of them taste grainy or terrible. Let’s try and get it from our normal food, shall we.

Apple 4 grams of fiber
Banana 3 grams of fiber
Raisins 2 grams of fiber
Strawberries 3 grams of fiber
