Social Engineering Tricks
Some people call it social engineering, some people call it scamming. When somebody understands certain aspects of human behavior, they can apply that knowledge to get them to do things. In some cases, people can be compelled to do something that shouldn’t or wouldn’t ordinarily do. These aggressive and intricate attacks cost plenty of time and effort, but in this day of digital banking and purchases, the payoffs can be huge. Some studies estimate that experts can succeed roughly 20% of the time in these illegal efforts. Things may only get worse. Don’t tell anybody your passwords!
